System Scalability
The Siemens APOGEE automation is a modular system
that offers a choice of hardware options, and can
accommodate everything from a single HVAC
application to an infinite amount of equipment. As
your facility grows or needs change, the Siemens
APOGEE system offers unlimited expansion
possibilities:
- Unlimited Insight workstations on the
Management Level Network (MLN).
- Up to eight Building Level Networks (BLNs)
per Insight workstation.
- Up to 100 controllers and Insight
workstations per BLN.
- Up to 96 floor level devices per Modular
Building Controller (MBC).
- Up to 127 Lon Works nodes per MEC with
LonWorks option.
- Insight Base and Advanced Versions match
user needs. Base Insight can grow into Advanced
by adding workstation applications.
- Sophisticated facility-wide control
applications with an enterprise network.
- Controllers are custom tailored to the
customer’s specifications with
application-specific controllers.
- Custom control sequences for any unique
facility need.
