and upkeep in order to achieve peak facility

Through a maintenance agreement, Energy Control &
Design can assist you in keeping your facility
comfortable and energy efficient. Energy Control &
Design will customize a service agreement to meet
your specific needs.
Service agreement options can include:
Full Service -
With the full service option, Energy Control & Design fully maintains
your control system.
This includes:
- Preventive Maintenance (PMA)
- from stroking dampers and actuators
to checking every analog and digital input, your
entire control system is thoroughly inspected
once a year.
- Emergency Service - service
technicians are on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week should an emergency arise at your facility.
- Remote Monitoring - through the use
of modems or the internet, our service technicians can monitor
and troubleshoot your system as well as make
changes to schedules and set points.
- Software Maintenance and Application
Support - programming enhancements can be made
to your system within the framework of the
existing system.
Labor Support -
Labor support contracts encompass a predetermined number of support hours
and a
reduced labor support rate. This option is designed for clients capable
of maintaining their
own system. Our service technicians will support your in-house staff when
their capabilities
or resources have been exceeded.
Customized Agreements
Depending on your budget constraints and in-house
resources, we will tailor any combination of full
service, labor support, or other options that you
choose.
